• You must agree to these terms and conditions on your own consent

• All prices you see are for Personal projects only and it should not be redistributed.

​

• Only upto 3 previews are available. If you want to preview the artwork before final piece 500 INR will be charged.

​

• I Create Cartoony, funny characters and does not do realistic art. I will make sure the character will have the likeness to the actual person but in a cartoony way. Please be respectful and do say comment “It doesn’t even look like me”

​

• The Commission Fees must be Paid 50% in advanced (Mandatory).​

​

• The removal of my signature is prohibited. If you wish my signature to be removed, extra 50% will be charged

​

• Please do not rush me. I usually take 5 - 7 Working Days for Wedding invitations and 5 Working Days for Personalised portraits. For details read below.

• You can post the artwork to your Social Media. Tag @himart.official

​

• Any bad behavior or abusive attitude will not be tolerated and your commission will be terminated.

​

• Please be respectful and follow the rules stated when ordering commissions.

​​

• I have the right to cancel and refund your money, you do not.

​

• No refunds after payments have been received.

​

• You are allowed to cancel a commission if, and only if, you haven't sent money yet. As money is refundable, spent time is not.​

​

• You can only request changes in the Sketching Phase, once I've moved to Inking and colouring phase then there won't be any changes.​
